This book is a part of one big picture in Hibbeler Mechanical Engineering books. That is the main reason Dynamics and Statics are often sold together, and a re written in a very similar fashion.
The book is divided into 11 chapters and builds upon the first eleven chapters in Statics. So, the first chapter is really the twelfth chapter.
It is primarily focused on the kinetics of a particle, and on the kinetics of a rigid body. Only the text in last chapter (22) focuses on Vibrations.
Like the first book, this one is rich with examples, high quality photos, and large number of end-of-chapter problems.
